I don't know about your family, but come winter, we don't get outside as often as I'd like. Because of more time indoors, we are simply not as active during winter as we are in the warmer months. As a youth fitness instructor and mother I know how important it is for everyone in our family to be active all year round. Sometimes regular physical activity in the winter months takes a bit of creativity. Our house is relatively small. There's not a lot of vacant floor space. So this year, I stated thinking vertically! How could I utilize the space above ground to help my family Get Moving all year round? Staying Active Indoors using Doorway Gyms:
